India Fellow is an 18-month programme for young people interested in exploring the social sector through direct, full-time engagement with organisations across India. Fellows work on issues including education, public health, sustainability, gender, livelihoods, and social justice while becoming part of the organisations and communities they engage with.
The programme combines field placements with residential learning modules, practitioner-led conversations, and peer learning spaces that encourage reflection and dialogue throughout the journey. India Fellow creates an environment where participants can learn through exposure, collaboration, and lived experiences across different social contexts.
